Operator & purpose
PAMEL Community is operated by PAMEL Piotr Musiał, Urodzajna 5E, 42-300 Myszków, Poland; email: pamel@pamel.pl. It includes a forum, recipe library, galleries, product improvement ideas, ratings, contests and a rewards programme. Reading public content does not require an account.
Accounts & device verification
Posting, commenting and voting are available to signed-in PAMEL account holders with a verified device. Devices linked to CLOUD may be verified automatically; other users provide a controller U number for review. U numbers are never displayed publicly. One account gives one vote in a contest, regardless of how many devices are registered. Users publishing content about activities intended for adults should be at least 18 years old.
Moderation & fair discussion
Every recipe, photograph, forum post, comment and reply is moderated before publication. This helps protect the community against spam, bots, trolling, fraud and disruptive conduct. Constructive criticism is welcome, including criticism of PAMEL products. PAMEL decides whether content is published or removed; detailed internal review criteria are not made public. Members can report content and appeal decisions about their own submissions.
User content & responsibilities
Authors are responsible for the accuracy of their statements and for ensuring their activities comply with applicable law. Distillation discussions form an equal part of this community, but the legality of particular procedures varies by jurisdiction. Content that violates third-party rights, reveals private information, threatens others, promotes unlawful acts or amounts to spam is not permitted. User contributions do not replace official product manuals.
Photos & copyright
Authors confirm they own or are authorised to share all submitted texts, photos and other materials. They retain their copyright and grant PAMEL a non-exclusive licence, free of charge, to store, technically process, publish and promote submitted material within PAMEL Community. Use in external advertisements, Allegro listings or other commercial campaigns requires the author's separate consent.
Ratings & votes
A verified member may give a recipe one rating on a 1–5-star scale and may change that rating. Each account has one vote per contest and cannot vote for its own recipe. Additional U-number registrations do not increase voting power. Manipulated votes do not qualify for rewards.
Recipe of the Month
A result requires at least 3 eligible recipes from 3 different authors and 10 verified voters. The recipe with the most valid votes wins. If the minimum is not reached, the same edition is extended until 23:59:59 Europe/Warsaw time on the last day of the following month; entries and votes are retained. If processing takes place later, the next future month-end is used. In a tie, PAMEL selects the winner from the tied entries; the result awaits that decision. A recipe can win only once; an author can win again after at least 3 months. PAMEL editorial posts are excluded and do not count towards the minimum. Smoking and distillation contests may be held separately. PAMEL may grant a special distinction.
Rewards & vouchers
PAMEL may grant: PLN 10 for an approved gallery photo (minimum purchase PLN 100), PLN 25 for a recipe (minimum PLN 250) or PLN 40 for a detailed recipe featuring original photos of the stages (minimum PLN 400). Each submission is eligible for only one basic reward, with up to two ordinary rewards per member per month. The contest prize is PLN 100 and a special recognition prize is PLN 50, both without a minimum purchase. Ordinary vouchers are valid for 90 days; contest and special vouchers for 180 days. Vouchers are personal, single-use, cannot be stacked, redeemed for cash or paid out. Submitting content alone does not guarantee a reward; it must be approved and the voucher issued.
Improvement ideas & precedence
Members may suggest changes to PAMEL electronics, software, hardware and services. An original, specific idea accepted for development may receive PLN 25, with an additional PLN 125 if the idea is actually implemented, for a total of PLN 150. When materially similar ideas are submitted, priority goes to the earliest sufficiently detailed submission as recorded by the system. A vague suggestion does not reserve priority. A substantial independent improvement may qualify separately. Solutions already known or developed by PAMEL do not automatically qualify. Protected inventions and intellectual property may require a separate agreement.
Reports, appeals & contact
An author may appeal a moderation decision affecting their own submission through their profile. Any signed-in member may report published content for review. PAMEL handles reports and can be contacted at pamel@pamel.pl. Detailed internal moderation methods are not disclosed publicly.
Privacy & personal data
The Community account is linked to PAMEL CLOUD. We process the account identifier, public nickname, verification status, user submissions, ratings and rewards to operate the service. U numbers, email addresses, purchase records and other non-public data are not displayed publicly. For your rights, contact details and deletion options, see PAMEL's privacy policy.
Changes & final provisions
PAMEL may update these rules for organisational, technical or legal reasons and will make the current text available in the Community. Changes should not retrospectively alter completed contests or already issued rewards. Polish law applies where relevant. These Community rules are separate from the WooCommerce store terms.
PAMEL Editorial
PAMEL content — excluded from competitions and rewards, including minimum recipe and author counts.
Poll
PAMEL creates polls. Each signed-in account can vote once without owning a device. Selection limits, deadline and result visibility are set before voting. Polls are not competitions and offer no rewards.
