PAMEL Store Terms & Conditions

These terms govern purchases from the PAMEL online store at serwer.pamel.pl/sklep/. Prices shown to consumers include applicable tax. Orders are placed through the store and, where agreed, may also be handled by phone or e-mail.

1. Shop

An order enters processing after it is submitted and accepted by the store. For bank transfers, processing starts after the payment is credited. Expected dispatch information is shown with the product or communicated to the customer.

2. Products

Products must be used according to their manuals and technical limits. If you are unsure which product fits your application, use the product selector or contact PAMEL before ordering. Manuals, FAQ and technical resources are available in the PAMEL Centre.

3. Shipping

Stock items are normally dispatched within 48 business hours. During exceptional volume, custom configurations or temporary shortages, dispatch may take 3–5 business days; customers are informed of significant delays.

4. Payments

Active payment methods are shown at checkout before placing the order. The store supports traditional bank transfer and cash on delivery for shipping methods explicitly marked as COD. Online payment methods will appear at checkout when their operator is activated.

5. Complaints

If there is a problem with a product, contact PAMEL by e-mail or phone. We first try to solve the issue remotely and, when needed, provide the next service or complaint steps.

Consumer rights relating to non-conformity and any voluntary warranty rights are handled under applicable law and the warranty terms applicable to the product. A warranty does not remove mandatory statutory rights.

6. Consumer

Consumers retain all mandatory rights provided by applicable law, including the statutory right to withdraw from eligible distance contracts. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
