Returns & refunds

A consumer may generally withdraw from an eligible distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. A withdrawal statement can be sent to pamel@pamel.pl or by another legally accepted method.

Procedure

Return goods to PAMEL, ul. Urodzajna 5E, 42-300 Myszków, Poland. The customer bears the direct return shipping cost unless PAMEL expressly agrees otherwise. Goods should be securely packed.

Refund

Refunds are handled under applicable law, generally within 14 days of a valid withdrawal. Where legally permitted, PAMEL may withhold the refund until the goods are received or evidence of return shipment is provided.

Exceptions

The withdrawal right may not apply in cases specified by law, including goods made to the customer’s individual specification.
